Gyaku-zuki jodan
|
Simple, but very efficient technique, usually from the outside of the opponent's guard.

Ura-Mawashi Geri

I don't use this much but like to use it to set up subsequent hand techniques. It is very efficient off the front leg.

Oi-zuki, Gyaku-zuki

Usually the first is Jodan and the second is chudan but I try and vary the heights to make it harder to anticipate and defend against. I like this technique because its fast and if well executed can result in a nihon (2 points).

Mawashi Geri Chudan
