Ordering Instructions:

As we are new and still very much feeling our way around at the moment, for simplicty's sake we have decided to make all of the above flat-one-time payments. This means your credit card will not automatically be charged a year from now to renew. While we may decide to implement this in years to come, not this year.

11 months after placing your ad, you will receive an email notifying you of an expiring Classified or other Ad one month before its expiration. You will then be given the option of renewing by making a payment, or have your listing removed at the end of your paid period.

Events will be removed at the end of the calendar year in which they were staged. You may list an event several years in advance at no extra charge.

You may make changes to your listings at any point as long as your account is paid up and valid.

Dojo Directory & Classified Ads: Once payment has been received your ad will be uploaded and an email will be sent to you asking you to check it online for errors.

Classified Ads are currently, 150 x 150 pixels although multiples of these dimensions are available for corresponding rate increases. We will work with you to maximize your ad space and ensure that it can be translated by the Google Translation tool. This will open the doors to a truly international market. Alternatively you can send us a finished jpeg or Flash file to just insert in your spot.

Windows On The World ads are either in the Blue or Orange side bars. Blue bar ads cost $250 USD/Page/Year and should be 100 x 60 pixels. Orange side bar ads are 150 x 100 pixels and cost $300 USD/Page/Year. All ads can be linked to sites or email addresses. Multiple page discounts exist.

Premium Advertising

This is advertising like you see on the side bars here. Corporate logos and ads can be linked to web sites. In addition we offer the possibility of submitting an animated ad (Flash). These Premium Ads or Corporate Sponsorships will be individually negotiated and rates are contingent on a number of variables. For example, a feminine skin product company may only wish to advertise in our "Female Athlete" pages where as a company producing an energy drink may want to be on every page of the site. The rates would obviously be different.
